Holly Bailey grew up in a competitive environment, influenced by her family. Her love for netball made her a standout player at her club, but it also brought its own set of challenges.

These experiences shaped her passion for gender equality in sports and inspired her to establish Play Like a Girl, a movement dedicated to empowering women and girls through sport.

We envision a world where Play Like a Girl members are the influential leaders and champions of change in their communities.
