Application criteria:Â
– The program is open to people who play, work and volunteer in female sporting programs.
– The lessons learned from this program are applicable to all sporting codes.
– Aged 15 + are welcome to apply.
– Applications from all levels of competition are welcome.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?​
Our five week leadership challenge (online)
Over five weeks, participants will take on a series of challenges designed to improve your leadership skills, whilst instilling self-belief strategies and mindset tools that can be used in any area.
Killer content that gets you thinking
Each week participants will receive 5 short sharp videos, a fun leadership challenge and playsheets that is easy to consume, engaging to watch and super relatable for anyone who loves sport!
A new module will be available each week and can be completed in less than an hour.
Weekly live mentoring calls
Our weekly mentoring sessions give participants the opportunity to network with each other, hear each others stories and learn from them. These sessions really demonstrate the power in shared learning.
Live events
A series of performance and well being masterclasses specific for the female athlete, Q& A sessions with elite athletes and coaches.
Our resource library is bursting with resources, tips and tools to overcome any challenge!
12 month membership to an epic community
We run our own private, safe, social network that allows participants to collaborate, connect and come together to enrich each other’s lives.
